The Institution of Engineers, Australia Award for Cultural Change in Engineering Education (not offered after 2000)

Introduced in 1998, the IEAust Award for Cultural Change in Engineering Education recognises a significant contribution to the profession through a demonstrated commitment to challenge and reshape its boundaries. The recipient (an individual or a team) will have demonstrated their skill, persistence, and effectiveness in overcoming barriers to change in areas such as diversity, inclusivity, sustainability, social responsibility, and the development of a more holistic view of engineering.

The award is sponsored by IEAust and consists of a $5000 honorarium and a framed certificate.
