The Award for Innovation in Engineering Education (Formally the Motorola Award)
Introduced in 1998, The Award for Innovation in Engineering Education is awarded to an individual or a team who has used their creativity to design, implement and evaluate an innovation that has advanced the frontier of engineering education. The innovation may relate to any aspect of engineering education including curriculum, teaching style, instructional design, courseware, delivery, assessment, laboratory, engineering design, or industry experience. The nomination may focus on a specific innovation, a series of innovations, or a career of innovation.
The award consists of a $1000 honorarium and a framed certificate.
