The 2012 (Next Year’s) AAEE Annual Conference
Welcome to this temporary placeholder for the 23rd Annual Conference of the Australasian Association for Engineering Education.
The full website will be up early 2012.
The conference will be held from Monday 3rd December to Wednesday 5th December 2012, at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. The conference will be hosted by the Engineering and Science Education Research (ESER) Group, on behalf of the Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Sciences.
The theme for the conference is: Re-positioning Engineering Education: The Profession and the Practice.
There will be three sub-themes to support this overarching theme:
· Current Engineering Education Professionals
· Future Engineering Education Professionals
· Engaging with other Professions.
A call for abstracts will be released sometime early 2012, with an abstract submission deadline in April. Full papers will be due late July 2012. An abstract submission will not be required for the submission of a full paper. All papers will be double-blind reviewed.
