Only original papers not previously published will be considered for publication. Authors of papers accepted will be required to transfer copyrights to the publisher. Contributions other than academic papers are also welcome (for example, reviews, policy statements, and letters to the Editor). All contributions must be in English. Papers must include an abstract of approximately 160 words. The Journal follows the International System of Units (SI) and the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) for spelling.

The publisher reserves the right not to return original manuscripts submitted for publication.

Number illustrations consecutively, ie Table 1, 2, 3, with one drawing to each sheet of paper. Do not include illustrations in the text of the paper. Include with each file or write in pencil on the back of each photograph , diagram, table, etc, the full name of the author, or authors, and where in the text the illustration is to be placed. Include captions in the text of the paper.

Authors will incur preparation costs if the above instructions are not followed.

Authors are asked to submit a short biography (maximum 160 words) and a black-and-white, passport-sized photograph (35 mm x 45 mm).

Unless otherwise specified, the first-named author will receive the proofs for corrections of typesetter's errors. Changes other than typesetting corrections will not be allowed.

If you wish to submit a paper manuscript for review:

Contributions should consist of an original and two copies, and an electronic version on disk (preferably in Microsoft Word format). Photographs should be black-and-white, and tables, diagrams, etc, should be ready for publication either in black ink or electronic format.

Preferred format: electronic version only, submitted by email.

Microsoft Word(TM) format only, please.
Illustrations should be either embedded in the file or should be attached to the email in an electronic form, for example JPG or PostScript(TM).
